Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). The degree should be in Science (any subject) or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Veterinary Science or equivalent.

The internship is designed to be part-time (15-20 hours/week) and flexible. You'll work on projects that complement your biotechnology studies. The internship runs parallel to your coaching, typically starting after the foundation phase.

The exam consists of 60 questions for 100 marks in 3 hours. Section A has 30 MCQs (1 or 2 marks), Section B has 10 MSQs (2 marks), and Section C has 20 NAT questions (1 or 2 marks). There's negative marking of 1/3 for wrong answers in MCQs and MSQs.
